• As soon as your payment has been processed you receive a confirmation email and Sara receives your order.
• Then your flowers are delivered according to your instructions.

(Except, of course, for the message on the card that will accompany your gift of flowers!)

There are two steps when you make an order on this website.

1. You fill out a form in which you provide details about yourself, the person you are sending the flowers to, and any comments or special requests you have.

   When you click the 'Submit' button this information is sent as an email to Sara.

   (Or you can phone her with this information if you wish.)

   Sara will not divulge your name, address and contact phone number to anyone else unless required to do so by law.

2. Then you pay by PayPal.

   When you pay using PayPal we never see your credit card details.

   PayPal ensures that your credit card details are kept absolutely private and confidentia.

If you have a special request

Just call Sara on the phone and explain what you want. She can recommend something that's already on this website.

Or she can create something specially for you. Then she'll email you an invoice giving you instructions how to pay by PayPal.

The price includes...

All prices are in Australian dollars and include delivery.

The price also includes 10% GST. The Goods & Services Tax is charged whether you order from within Australia or from another country. That's because the goods (the flowers) and the service (preparing and delivering them to an Australian address) was entirely carried out in Australia.

Disclaimer

Depending on the season and the availability of flowers we may not be able to use the exact flowers shown in the photographs. Of course we will do our best to make the flowers just as beautiful!
